So, I’m writing from Johannesburg, South Africa, in a cute hostel overlooking the city. It’s crazy, I wonder why more people don’t travel and stay in hostels. This place is adorable, and it’s something like $15 a night! Anyway, we’re here for two and a half days, with no schedule, and plenty of time to rest. I can’t even explain the blessing. Plus, no more bucket showers, we have a MIRROR (we only have had one bigger than pocket size two months out of the race), and free coffee! A World Racer’s dream, haha. Monday night, we head to the airport, and fly through Dubai, and on to Bangkok, Thailand, for debrief with X Squad. Before we go though, I just wanted to add a few more pictures of our month. These were all taken by my friend Glenn, and they rock. Thanks again for all your support!

Beautiful, beautiful, Swaziland.
Some of the kiddos at the Care Points.
Kids eating at the Care Point, some of our cuties, and me washing my hair in a thunderstorm…haha.

  1. We will be praying for your safety while traveling. Loved viewing all your pictures too! Wow, I was just thinking, “your last continent on the race”…..

  2. These pictures are beautiful. I’m so glad that God has blessed you with these past crazy, heartbreaking, life-changing months. I’m so excited for the rest of your life. I’m so excited for you never being the same again. I’m so excited for Him continuing to glorify Himself around & in & through you no less in the upcoming days & all your life after. I’m so excited for all the ways that it’ll be hard for you to come home soon, and for all the joys, and for all the ways that He’ll use you to rock the lives of people here. I’m so excited for what He’s going to continue to do.
